• Meaning: In culture capital is kind of like survival to the fittest in some ways. Many students go to school and college in order better themselves for the future. In the world filled with career option and position that may be limited these student would work even harder in order to get their dream job. This is not only to have a career in a profession that a student would want, but to make more money as well. 
• Quote: "But social capital is about more than (the absence of ) hard-earned dollars-as we've seen, it strikes at the very core of our emotional and social relation with one another and ourselves.
• Meaning: "Similar to how many student go to college not just to get an education, but also trying to find a way to get a head start on the future, liking joining in a club or working at a school/programs. Another thing is doing more for a person's career, like making friends or having relationship outside of work.
